Circulation Heater

Our circulation heaters are specifically designed for highly localized heating with high and efficient heat transfer rate keeping seamless integration into your process in mind.

Robust Construction & Efficient Heating

Each BHS circulation heater features a robust construction, with a tubular heating element installed within an enclosed vessel. The vessel is equipped with inlet and outlet nozzles, allowing for smooth flow of liquids and gases. With the help of a pump, the fluid is circulated through the vessel, coming into direct contact with the heating element, making the circulation heater a good choice for precision heating where temperature can be controlled and heat loss is kept to a bare minimum.

Ready-Made Design for Easy Installation

What sets BHS circulation heaters apart is their ready-made design, which minimizes installation time and labour. We've combined all essential components, including heating elements, vessel, insulation, terminal enclosure, mounting brackets, and inlet/outlet connections, into a complete assembly. This ensures hassle-free installation and operation, saving you valuable time and resources.

Features & Advantages

  • Heating Efficiency

Circulation heaters can provide efficient heat transfer since they directly immerse the heating element in the fluid, allowing for rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution.

  • Temperature Control

They offer precise temperature control, allowing users to maintain specific temperature setpoints, which is crucial for many industrial processes requiring precise heating.

  • Compact design

Circulation heaters are often compact in size, making them suitable for installations where space is limited.

  • Versatility

These heaters can accommodate a wide range of fluids, making them versatile for various applications across different industries.

  • Safety

Circulation heaters are typically designed with safety features such as temperature sensors and controls to prevent overheating, ensuring safe operation.
